Texas state agencies, local government, public education, and other eligible public entities — in and outside Texas — may purchase these services without a separate competitive procurement.
This DBITS contract is for services only. Engagements purchased under DIR-CPO-6220 are deliverables-based and acquired through a Statement of Work. No hardware or software products may be sold through a DBITS contract, and no resellers are available under this contract.
Temporary IT staffing on an hourly, time-and-materials basis is not within the scope of DIR-CPO-6220; Texas customers acquire that through the DIR IT Staffing Services (ITSAC) program. The contract-to-hire and surge staffing models described above are SecurityZeal commercial offerings, available to enterprise, federal, and private-sector clients outside this DIR contract.
